  I forgot my watch on my nightstand when I checked out and when I asked if I could go and get it they said it would be in the lost and found but could not access it as the head maid needs to be there to open it. Again and again I would come back and ask about it to no avail which leads me to presume that the maid pocketed my watch which was on the side table in room 303 and worth over $500 CAN. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The rooms smell of must, the renovation job was done cheaply and it shows, staff are not helpful and my situation was simply put aside.

  Alright. Hard to believe it's a 4 star hotel. You can tell the rooms are rush cleaned between guests and cleanleness steps are skipped. The men's washroom down stairs looked beautiful but stunk like piss.

  This is a wierd little hotel. Parts are nice, and other parts not so much. Needs consistent updating, not just an item here and there. Had a King Jacuzzi suite, bed was horrible, there is an exposed electrical panel in the room, and the floors dip in places? The elevators are filthy and barely work, but the breakfast food was good...just don't get the buffet, everything is cold. I wouldn't stay at this place again.

  Absolutely love this hotel! Have stayed here twice now. The first time was great we stayed here again on our next trip up on our honeymoon. It's a beautiful place all the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely suggest a stay here.

  Rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly! The food was good, but ask for the everyday menu and save a bit of money. Would certainly recommend this hotel to business travellers.
