  Horrible Pay ! The Year is 2018 $ 15 an hour is Minimum wage. Maybe Stop golfing and ordering Boston Pizza . Then you can Pay your employees more money

  Sold my business and cancelled my account after speaking with an employee in June. The charges kept coming off my credit card for three more months. No big deal, until I called them to ask if they could credit me back. I have called numerous times. Left messages. No return calls. Every time I have had the chance to speak with someone they were very rude and acted like I was at fault. I used the service from them for over three years and always paid on time. Not impressed at all. Horrible customer service.

  Our company has been using Executive Mat for over a year and a half now, and I can say they are absolute professionals. Consistent service, consistent program, it's nice to know from a business perspective you will get consistency week in and week out. I'll be honest we had 1 small issue at the beginning of our service, the VP came to us, listened to the problem and came up with a solution. This is a company that cares from all its employees. From the drivers, to the ladies in accounting, I have not had any issues since. Keep up the great work Team Executive Mat. If you are a restaurant looking for service I highly recommend this company.

  I wish I could rate Executive Mat with 0 stars! This company is a total joke! They are quite possibly the worst mat company of all time! Every..single..time the mats come soaking wet and smell absolutely horrendous. On numerous occasions, we have requested clean, dry mats and they just don't seem to care!!! The wet mats are hazardous and quite frankly, disgusting. It is embarrassing that our clients have even started to mention the smell of our "freshly" delivered mats. I'm going to start refusing delivery and payment until they can provide our business with better quality. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Signed, one ticked off customer!!! ;)
