  The food was terrible! The steak was barely seasoned and took forever to come. My room service bill had three things I didn't order on it!! The sheets were also stained yellow. the shower was mouldy, and the parking and wifi were so expensive!

  Way over priced for what you get. There were small black insects in the bathroom. They should advertise and price their hotel according to what it actually is. A 2.5 star hotel.

  Not a 4 star. Looks like it used to be apartments that we're never spruced up when it became a hotel. Not horrible but definitely 3 star... 3.5 Max considering location.

  I tried to post a few more pictures but the google review only seems to show four images. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was extremely poor. The pictures show some of the issues that we found. The sink cabinet was held on with duct-tape, the phone jack wasn't attached to the wall, the bathroom sink leaked onto the hairdryer below, the lights in the bathroom were different temperatures (CCT), the shower doors don't align, the shower molding was dirty and under the kitchen sink looked like a disaster. Some may find these small issues, but for the cost, we were expecting more. Especially as this is a 4-star hotel, we felt that the room should not have these issues. Overall the stay in Toronto was good, the staff were friendly and the location was great, but because of the issues in the room, we would not stay here again.

  An okay visit overall. The service was okay. The food was okay. The winterlicious menu was a good price for what you got. Nothing stood out as amazing, but it was a decent and quiet dinner out.
