  Caught up on some past years of back taxes with executive- bookkeeping were very professional and courtious to my needs, I felt as though Shannon was there to help rather then just geting it done. Very helpful and knowledgeable in her field, have recommended​ her. Great helpful service.

  I have been using Executive-bookkeeping services for the past 7 years, and have had my income taxes returns done exclusively by Shannon for the past 5 years. I found her to be excellent at what she does. Friendly, helpful and most of all she gets me back lot`s of money and her fees are very reasonable.

  It seem like every time i edit or add more details to my review it gets deleted. Also whenever i come back and write an other review, Shannon Williams has a different response to each one of them. Now i will no longer edit my review this is the final one. First i will never recommend Shannon Williams to anybody, she's rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and she tried to rip me off. The last review i wrote Shannon Williams responded by saying " The situation occurred two years ago " which is false. The first review I wrote Shannon Williams sent me an email stating I owe her $125 dollars for adjustment done on my 2013-2014 income tax, but if i remove the review she will waive off the balance, but if i don't remove the review in 24 hours she will sue me for false review". I removed the review, because i though i really owe this lady money. So i contacted revenue Canada/Quebec both agencies they stated " Shannon Williams did not do any adjustments on my 2013-2014 income tax." I was furious. I have a message for Shannon Williams : You can write whatever you want in response to my review, but i have all the emails to prove that you are a lier. Since you clearly forgot the date of this event which happened March 16, 2017 i took a screenshot of the email and uploaded on my profile picture. I will continue to take a screenshot of these emails and upload them on google review as long as you continue to lie. I will continue to spread the message about your behavior, since you want to spread lies about me. To all the readers including Shannon Williams, emails don't lie. Shannon Williams i been taking screenshot of all your different response to my review. I'm doing that in case it goes to court i can use that and all the emails from our past conversations to defend myself. Shannon Williams since you have decided to forget the date of event, i strongly encourage you to look at my profile picture to remind yourself. For the record Shannon I'm not mad because you refuse to do my income tax, I'm upset because you were dishonest with me and you tried to rip me of claiming you did work that was never done. Once again everything written here is 100% true, I have all the emails to defend myself.You are stating the fact but yet I have proof that you were lying in your response to my review and the proof is the picture of my profile on google. First you stated the situation happened two years, but look at my profile picture, this is an email you sent me. I'm not spreading lies I'm just stating fact now you want to continue lying. I'm going to upload all your emails on google. You are the one that have mental issues and memory problems. Trust me I will let everyone know about you. If my reviews are false as you claim, why don't u take me to court Shannon. God will deal with you Shannon Williams.
