::I took possession of the new home in Carrington on Nov 30, 2017. The house is sealed so tight that my gas bill is only $57 for December. My house is 2246 sq/ft. Adding that It was super cold around Christmas and I was using gas stove! Unbelievable! I also want to emphasize that the customer care from Excel is second to none. Special thanks to Ryan Prefontaine. Whatever issue I found with my new house, Ryan took good care of it. Sorry to hear he got transferred to another area. But the guy took over his job is also great. With so many crews/contractors laying their hands on building a new house, most the time it will not be perfect. I had issue from paint touch up to countertop swap, 100% hassle free!! All it takes is to inform your customer care specialist and they will arrange repair/replacement for you. Excel's exceptional customer care really makes me feel that they care about their customer and the house the sell. If you are buying a new house, you CAN'T go wrong with Excel. Highly recommended!!!

::Building a new home is a lengthy and sometimes confusing process. The Excel sales team at the Heartland office were so friendly and helpful. They made the experience feel like less of a burden and more of an adventure. When we were excited, they were excited with us! The site supervisor was fantastic and addressed any concerns we had immediately. It’s impossible to build a home and have everything absolutely perfect, but Excel strived for perfection and during the few hiccups along they way they always made us feel like they were going over and above to right any wrongs. We love our new house and are very happy with the experience overall!

::Excel homes cares about their customers and treat them more like family rather than clients. They go above and beyond when it comes to communication to their customers (weekly home updates, lots of notice for possession and no changes) and helpful with explaining the different models and assisting you with figuring out which one fits your budget, what upgrades you can add etc. We just moved in on Dec.1 and we love our new home!
