  Sold item containing eggs that was molten inside 6 months past its expiry date and refused to replace it because according to them you can sell items for 2 years after their expiry date and refunds could only be done within 5 days.

  I am obsessed with Russian chocolate and was absolutely thrilled when I discovered that they sell "Visit" — a chocolate I have been searching for high and low. I also picked up some chips, crackers and caviar. I felt that everything was fairly priced. They were friendly, but not overbearing. I felt very comfortable in their store!

  Simple selection of Russian foods but uninviting staff. No welcome or offer of assistance. Steps from Robson on the east side of Bidwell Street.

  It is a bigger store than the one I was before with Russian and other European food. I love a lot of things there that I can not get in a small town I live. So many delicious food !!! The service was fantastic ! It takes me a few hours to get to Vancouver and the girls packed the stuff very well, was very helpful with advice and explanation about food and brands they have. They let me tried a couple of things so I could make a decision "to buy or not to buy'. Definitely, I'll come back here again.
