  Ernesto gave me incredible service from start to finish. He created beautiful wedding bands for my wife and I. They were done on time and looked perfect. He has also repaired other jewelry that we had purchased somewhere else and did an impeccable job. He creates beautiful pieces and he is a pleasure to work with!

  Ernesto Rassi came highly recommended and from the moment I met him I could tell why. Friends of mine had gone to him for their jewelry needs and they were all extremely satisfied with the work he had done. In addition to them gushing over his jewelry design prowess, they were also pleased with Ernesto’s patience and easy going personality. He doesn’t try to force anything on you just for the sake of a sale or making more money; he listens to what you’re envisioning and does everything in his power to bring it to fruition. Therefore, when it was time to design a ring for the purpose of asking my girlfriend to marry me, I knew Ernesto would be the perfect person to go to. From the first day we began working together I knew I was in good hands. Ernesto was welcoming and he spoke with such passion that I could tell he was someone who loves what he does and takes pride in his work. He showed me past jewelry that he had made and some that were still works in progress and I could see that he had an extensive array of jewelry designs expertise. However, I needed something completely new that no one had ever seen before. Something that when my girlfriend laid eyes on it, not only would she definitely say yes, but her jaw would drop in awe because she had never seen anything like it. Ernesto understood what I was trying to do and assured me that he would get it done without a problem. In addition, I’ll just add that when it comes to certain things I am not the easiest to please. I know everyone says that, but with certain things I take it to another level and this was one of those times. I don’t think even Ernesto knew what he was getting into once he agreed to work with me. When it came to this ring I was 1000 times more particular than I usually am since I wanted nothing short of the best. Luckily Ernesto already knew this and was patient with all of my requests. We discussed in detail what I envisioned for the ring and I even drew the design out for him so there wouldn’t be any misinterpretations. Thankfully he was able to decipher my sub-par grade school drawing abilities and turn it into something beautiful. Lastly, I would like to commend Ernesto on his availability and ability to communicate. I do not live in the Vancouver area so most of our correspondence was done via email, phone, or text message. Ernesto did his very best to make time for me and we would schedule times where we could chat about how things are coming along. He sent me 3-D images of the designs and I was able to give him my feedback as we went along. When it was finally ready and I was able to see it in person I was absolutely pleased with the work he had done. He had taken all of my ideas and made them into a ring that no one had ever seen before and she ABSOLUTELY LOVES it. I definitely will be going back to Ernesto for my jewelry needs, since his designs are to use his own words, “STUNNING”.

  Ernesto is positively the best in the biz. A consummate professional who is genuinely invested in the happiness of his clients. He took my VERY detailed specifications without judgment and made me the most beautiful ring of my dreams! Since then he has customized all of my favourite jewellery to match my rose gold engagement, as well as created beautiful wedding bands for my husband and I. Every time we come see him he treats us like old friends, and always works with us to create what we want at a very reasonable price. I honestly just love the guy! 5 stars, without hesitation :)

  Ernesto is amazing at what he does :) He was able to get me the exact same earth mined diamond that Spence diamonds was offering but at a discounted price. The specifications were the same and he provided me with all the paperwork and certification as proof. (Always do your research before buying a diamond) He sent me a custom designed draft of the ring before creating it and my fiance could not have been happier! We'll be getting her wedding band and my band created by him as well :)

  Highly highly highly recommend Ernesto! Literally the best jeweler out there! I went to many places but Ernesto stood out the most. He literally made my vision to reality but better. Was referred to him by a friend and do not regret the decision. Will definitely be coming back for more items!
