::Very rude lady working on April 6th i made a reservation friday before we left for hamilton. Right upon opening the door even she looked and myself and my husband lile it was the end of the world. I said i had a rental for 6 booked and thankfully there was a co worker there with her. He helped us no questions asked very polite he is the only reason why i am putting 3 stars here. She had looked in the conputer right within seconds said no rental made here then the guy said yes 6:00 i see you are booked here. Then she storned off and the guy said u can go home i am good and her reply was i was planning on it very rude. She was just unprofessional and so rude i will not be going back if she is working. I get that you had a bad day but walk away and let your co worker take care of costumers. I will be going back to discount in the future this was my first time here and just from this i will not be going back.

::Worst possible experience when renting a car EVER! Most unprofessional manager of ANY business i've ever been to. She was rude, ignorant and made me wait while serving other clients who showed up AFTER me! They then LIED to me about the cost of minor damages that were less than $400 and have yet to give me the dollar amount back from the deductible I paid them. They then forced me to open an insurance claim which i was now AT FAULT for, which in my opinion should be insurance fraud, and then found out the damages were less than HALF OF MY DEDUCTIBLE! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER! BEWARE OF SCAMS AT THIS LOCATION!!!

::Greedy company... they don't want to refund $145 that was cancelled that I myself first time to booked a rental car don't have any idea about rental cars , when I booked the car I didn't even received any notifications or call from them that my booking was approved I only found out the day when I called to pick up the car that driver's licenses should match the credit card that was used . I can't pick up the rental car it was paid and they charge me $145 for nothing .......I called them again and someone put me on hold for 10 minutes and that guy was very rude . VERY GREEDY FOR MONEY , I hope you will be more richer of $145.

::What an amazing experience we had! Kudos in particular to manager Laura! We encountered an unexpected problem with the credit card we were using to rent the car but she went out of her way to make sure our weekend plans were saved! The car we got was a new, clean Nissan Sentra with all the bells and whistles! What a great price for three days! And dropping it off couldn't have been easier! I wasn't even late for work that morning! Thanks so much for a great weekend! We couldn't have had our getaway without you!
