::I rented a car here last year. Just yesterday at midnight Enterprise was deducted 462.75 from the credit card without any notice to me. I've been on the phone for hours and the phone hasn't been solved. Last year there was a car accident from this car rental car. The white manager I met was very influenced by the fact that one day there was an Indian manager in their store and he had to deduct 500 from the credit card when I didn't understand what he was saying because the car was damaged. Later, I found out that the credit card expenses went back to him and asked him why.Go back and ask him why. He has a very bad attitude. I was angry too. But he finally kicked me out. My English is not very good. Now I have deducted the credit card 462.75 and I have called them and the company has not been solved yet. Deduct guest's credit card without knowing why. Companies like this should be punished and regulated in order to make money.

::Very nice experience renting a car from this location, in Aug 2017 (booked a full size online and got a very nice upgrade to an Intermediate SUV Nissan Murano which was excellent). The staff is very polite and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Robert W. was the gentleman who prepared my papers when I picked up the car. The return was also very easy and it took less than 10 min. Thank you for your good services.
