  I have tried more than a few car dealerships and was always appalled by their aggressive high-pressure sales techniques. Lucky for me I came to Ensign Pacific downtown and met George Paul. I immediately felt comfortable talking to him, and loved the fact that he was very calm,courteous and professional. I am not an easy costumer(I admit) as I always ask a bunch of questions and want to know all the options that are presented to me, and George was helpful with everything I had in mind,including emails in 10pm. I finally got the deal I wanted and very happy I did. I will definitely come back to this dealership and the main reason for that will be George.

  I visited Ensign the other day to discuss the possibility of selling my Jeep. Keishin, the salesperson who assisted me, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout. I will be happy to do more business with Ensign in the future.

  We recently purchased a used vehicle from George Paul. We have been so impressed with his honest, diligent and genuine service. From start to finish he has been professional, courteous and quick to meet our needs and provide us with answers to all our questions. We feel he has gone above and beyond and even when we stopped by a few days afterwards to check on a quick follow up, he was just as great. Not your stereotypical car salesman at all!

  I factory ordered a new Jeep JLU Rubicon from Ensign. George would call me periodically to check in and let me know the status of the order even though I knew it would be 6-8 weeks. Once the vehicle did arrive, George took the time to take me throughout Vancouver on a drive to go over any features or review any questions that I had. The next day we came in to pick it up, and because we were on a tight schedule, George had coordinated everything so we could get in and out quickly. Of course I was excited to take it out and see what the new jeep was capable of, so I headed to a local climbing area where I had covered the new Jeep with mud (see pictures on Instagram @jlu_abc). I realized that I needed mats for the inside after crawling in and out of the Jeep while off roading, called George and he made sure the had some in. Don (Parts Manager) opened the box and went through the build and quality with me and after purchasing went and installed them for me. The great part about this visit was arriving with the new Rubicon covered in mud and George quickly organized another detail from their in-house detail crew (Great job guys). Now, I will no longer be in trouble with my wife and it looks like I was taking precaution in keeping the Jeep clean by getting great floor mats! This was a great decision to buy from Ensign and would certainly recommend them for purchasing a vehicle.

  Great customer service! Keishin was very helpful. He provided me with useful and accurate information about the Jeep that I was interested in. I didn't proceed with buying the Jeep but I had a pleasant experience with them.
