  The staff at Endurance on 8th are phenomenal. No matter what your goals are, Kevin, Wendy and the team will help you reach them. They care passionately about their patients and clients. Kevin and Wendy have helped me prepare for two fitness competitions (if I can do it, anyone can!) and now I am working towards my third. I am in my mid 40s, and in the best shape of my life thanks in part to them.

  As an avid long distance mountain runner I put my body through a lot of strain. Dr Kevin Ashby has done an amazing job of keeping me healthy and getting me back on the trails quickly when I have an injury which requires rest. Not only does Dr Ashby enable me to get better quickly, but he makes sure that I leave the clinic with the knowledge I need to strengthen my joints/muscles so that I can avoid a repeat injury.

  I have been doing weight training for many years. And the more work out the more sports injuries I have had. So, I need to find somebody who can fix my injuries and also gives me a guide to the safe way training my body. Thankfully Dr. Kevin is giving me the guide now. All those tips he gives me are very useful and effective. I can not wait to get more! If you have problem on your body after work out but don't want to give up what you are doing then this clinic will help you. Never give up!
