  Website not updated with current requirements for renewing Passports..drove 2.5 hours from Kingston in icy conditions to be told by a worker the rules have changed you need a notarized copy of a birth certificate now, in other words another cash grab by these greedy buggers.

  I had an awkward situation there when I wanted to apply for a visitor visa. I was told that I'm not eligible to apply for the visa since I'm an international student; even though I have my study permit and entree visa to Canada. Has anyone had the same situation before?

  Staff are courteous but they need to be open every weekend to accommodate the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW's) who are mostly working on weekdays
