  Mavais service. Les employés ne répondent pas clairement aux questions, voire ne répondent pas du tout. Heures d'ouverture ridicules pour les visas. Pas de version francophone sur le site non plus.

  Great service and they respond quickly by email. I did a VISA request without any problem.

  Dobry den, mel bych otazku, velvyslanectvi v Ottawe je otevreno kromne patku od 8 rano do 17 hodin,proc torontsky konzulat ma uredni hodiny od 9 do 12 coz je pro mnoho krajanu ze vzdalenejsich mist neprakticke,Nemohly by se alespon 2 dny v tydnu zmenit uredni hodiny od 12 do 17 hodin?
