::Their hours are too short and they are too picky with documents. They rejected my official birth certificate because they didn't have my parents' birthdays written on it. I called the province of Quebec and they told me that they don't put that information on their official documents if the person was born before 1994. They also rejected my translated documents because the stamp was from an official translator in Montreal whereas it has to be translated by the minister of justice in Poland. So I wasted: money, time and gas. They are not specific enough in their website and phone conversations. I called them twice to confirm that I have all the documents before I make the trip to Ottawa.
