  We booked an appointment, brought in our clients' documents, and were promptly and professional served by 2 of their lovely staff members. A few minutes later we were done and our legalization was complete. Thank you very much!

  Terrible service. No one answers the phone and when they do, they say go on the internet to make an appointment even though they are speaking with you. They do not understand the word customer service.

  Just to let you know the service we received was awful today. The young clerk that was behind the counter was very arrogant and did not want to help. We were trying to get information on how to deal with a certain situation and she was very uncaring and disrespectful. My mother is dealing with a death in the family and did not need the attitude she gave us, the clerk made my mother cry. If you treat everyone like this i would be ashamed to call myself a Hungarian. I was very disappointed at the treatment. An older lady was more helpful by supplying some documentation. But all in all the experience was dreadful. If I could I would leave a -5 start.
