  Authentication Legalization Services Canada

  We often bring documents in after authentication at Global Affairs Canada for their legalization service. We are always greeted with a smile, and provided with an accurate timeline with regards to when we should be back to pick up our documents. Thank you for your great service! The ALSC Team

  They are awesome. The nice woman that helped me did everything she could to help. When I went the system was down but they did everything they could to fix it asap and get back up and running. I really appreciate their help.

  Has a bad experience with the Brazilian Embassy last year. I applied for a volunteer visa which would need a couple of weeks to process, which is understandable. I was given a date and time to pick it up and a link to see the progress of my application. With only about 3 or 4 days before I was set to pick it up, I noticed on-line that there had been no progress. I went in to the consular section to check on that and the receptionist guaranteed me several times that the visa would be ready on that date. So when I arrive there on the date, I was told that it needed to be approved by the office in Brasilia, (which is something that they really should have known when I first submitted the application) and that they had no idea when it would be ready. After several more weeks of waiting and no word on the progress, I finally gave up. The receptionist was quite rude but another gentleman was very helpful and understanding the couple of other times I went in to check on the status. In the end I learned from a friend whose father works at the embassy that the person in Brasilia who processes applications went on holiday for a month and no one was there to continue processing applications.

  Extremamente desapontada e "revoltada" com o servico prestado no Consulado do Brasil em Montreal. Sou residente em Montreal e pela primeira vez em 25 anos recebi um tratamento tao baixo e vergonhoso. Gostaria que o embaixador do meu Brasil tomasse conhecimento.
