  Great place!! Favourite things for me were the good quality shampoo, conditioner, lime/coconut body wash, unlimited towel usage, steam room is perfect, and last but not least the staff is so welcoming. The second I walked into the door I felt like I was on vacation. Even the smell I there gives off a vacation feel. Would go back!

  I've been going to this spa for over 10 years. Once upon a time it was really really good. Gradually it's become very average at best in all aspects of their business. Front desk manager has zero customer service and problem solving skills. The restaurant's food tend to be salty.

  Great experience for the quality of service, the friendly staff, the elegance of the building and the beautiful treats. A complete package for two can be a great choice, especially if during week days when the place is less crowded. The only negative comment is about the thai restaurant where we finished our day of relax. They served us such spicy food that all the relaxation we had accumulated during the massage therapies suddenly was gone.

  Overall the spa is average. I've been here before for the water treatment and massage. Unfortunately, Elmwood did not meet my expectations during my last visit. I brought my girlfriend here for a facial, brunch and to use the water facilities. They say the water treatment area is a whisper only area, but there is no enforcement by staff, so it can get really noisy. My girlfriend went it for a facial but the service was unsanitary, and she broke out the next day. We had to book her another facial elsewhere the following week. Short story is extractions were done with bare hands, and they move from massaging your feet to your face without washing up. Don't expect much from the massage either, they just rub oil on you, put a mask on and go off and do other things for the time you pay for. Then they try to sell product to you. The brunch at the terrace was good, and our waiter was very attentive. They asked me at checkout if I enjoyed my stay, I said no. They made no follow up to ask why and I wanted to give my feedback then. So instead, I'm writing it now. I would be happy to pass along areas of improvement.

  This was my first visit and I had a great experience. I had a pregnancy massage and the MT was so knowledgeable and if a great job. We also took advantage of the waters. Overall the staff were really friendly and the place was very clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return to get more massages
