  I can't say enough about Christian and his team. Being a first time mom, looking at strollers online is a nightmare. We went in on a Sunday when they first opened and Christian walked us through every product and helped us find the perfect stroller. The level of customer service is unreal- we ended up doing a last minute reno and they have been holding multiple items for us which just makes life so much easier. I will continue to shop there for their customer service alone!!!

  Curated beautifully, unique gifts and yes the service was professional and helpful-fyi designers work the floor:Martha was key in assisting me to put my son's room together. Happy to recommend to my pregnant friends!

  Fait un achat en ligne en 2017. Payé des frais de livraisons d’environ 20$ pour un item à environ 60$ pour finalement le recevoir plusieurs semaines plus tard sans tracking possible. J’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter la compagnie par téléphone et email pour obtenir statut de la commande et AUCUNE réponse de leur part et impossible de parler à qqn. Service à la clientèle inexistant. Je ne rachèterai pas à cet endroit.

  I was not impressed in the least. i took my 9 month-old there on a Tuesday afternoon. There were two sales people - one of them stood in front of me while I struggled to get my stroller through the door. There wasn't a button to open the door - which is crazy for a baby store - but there was not a soul in the place other than myself and my baby daughter coming through the door and no one helped. Nothing. I wanted to spend money but that turned me off immediately. Also there's a second floor which the sales lady shared - but I was expected to either drag my stroller up a flight of stairs or leave my stroller at the bottom and take the baby with me. Not worth the hassle. Would never even set foot in this overpriced hipster store again. These people are useless and if this is their attitude - they're probably losing a ton of money just because their too stuck up.
