  Best personal training gym I have been to in Vancouver. Newest top of the line equipment and staff who are very experienced, and very attentive. I am a pro athlete and highly recommend this gym!

  This is an interval/HIIT style class that uses a lot of weights based on your level and skill. They're great at correcting and teaching proper form, and the classes are for all levels as you can increase or decrease weight as you need. You will get a good sweat in their powerfit class.

  EP Fitness provides the highest level of personal training and class exercise options! The knowledge I've gained about my body and health are immeasurable. They guided me towards other professionals that further assisted my with my overall health. I can't recommend them highly enough!
