  Arret rapide pour une coupe de cheveux (homme)... 15 mins plus tard, 25$ plus pourboire et j'ai l'air d'un homme neuf....a refaire...

  Bad customer service, I purchased a few products to color my hair and they did not provide me with the correct color. Upon returning it asking for the right color, the older woman with purple hair was very rude and unhelpful, after 15mins of me being tenacious on getting the color I had asked for they finally did. I will no longer be purchasing any kind of products from that store. I can understand making a mistake but at least have the decency to rectify it.

  Good prices and the staff are usually extremely helpful, my friend and I got a horrible dye job in a salon, they sold us products that fixed the color and toned, didn't have to cut it. Services exceptionnel et des bon prix, une des fille m'a vraiment aider après que une coiffeus ailleurs ma vraiment beurré mes cheveux.

  Mauvais service! Aucune bonne manière envers leur client. Mauvaise expérience à 2 reprises. N'essayez pas de retourner ou échanger quelque chose; ils sont littéralement fermés et ne font pas confiance à leur clientèle lorsqu'on mentionne que le produit n'a pas été utilisé.
