  I've been experiencing lower back and neck problems for several years due to some heavy lifting activity and poor posture. I needed to find some form of therapy, but I was unsure of what type of therapy would work best for me. After seeing a chiropractor and being turned off by some of their aggressive practices and sales tactics, I found the perfect therapy combination of osteopathy and massage at Elan Vital. Annie and Danielle are extremely knowledgeable and skilled professionals. I schedule visits with both therapists interchangeably and the results have been amazing. My lower back, neck pain, and posture issues continue to improve after each therapy session. If you experience back or neck pain and you're considering osteopathy or massage therapy as a treatment, I would 100% recommend the services Elan Vital.

  Not only is Annie such a skilled, studied and experienced osteopath and RMT, she is such a genuinely good person who truly cares about people, you really feel pampered and healed when around her. I am so lucky to be under her care, she helped me so much with my chronic neck, arm pain and stress. I would undoubtedly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Annie for all your ongoing care!
