  Service is extremely slow. I had placed an order for drinks and ended up waiting for 20 minutes until they arrived. The food is good but portions are very small, not considered a typical meal size. The bathrooms were filthy. There were toilets clogged and toilet paper all over the floor. There's tons of seating available but they have loud music blaring constantly so it's tough to sit and enjoy your meal and have a conversation. For $5, you get what you pay for.

  Their prices are nice but the quality and quantity of food has gone down. Their burgers used to be so juicy and big now they are more rubbery and dry. I understand it’s the price to pay to have cheap food but it’s a shame. I bought the chicken waffle-wich the other day and there were small burnt scraps of chicken in a cheap off-brand waffle and the bacon is no longer included with the price. With the bad quality and the long wait times I don’t think I would go again.

  Great atmosphere; excellent service; definitely great price and good food! Some food items had small portions for $6 but nevertheless we enjoyed ourselves.

  Young crowd and unbeatable prices. Good portion sizes too! You’ll see mostly university students who can tolerate the blaring music and the barely-lit booths. Personally I like to sit on the patio or the places with better lighting so I can actually see what I’m eating. On busier days, you can wait up to an hour for food - guess you get what you pay for. I’ve usually gone early evenings or summer afternoons, so it doesn’t take as long for food to arrive in my recent experience. I like that there are various options on the menu that cater towards dietary needs and preferences.

  server named Jessica is horrible. really rude and had a bad attitude when we told her we didn’t want to get drinks. she proceed to walk away and didn’t come back for another 20 minutes even though we had told her we were ready to order our food. gave us the bill and she stood at the computer stand on her phone. we waited for 10 minutes to get our cash back and she was still standing at the stand on her phone. i had to go up to her and ask her to come to our table. she just gave me a dirt look and didn’t say anything. waited another 15 minutes as she was on her phone and eventually had to ask the host to get her and for a manager. oh and she tipped herself on all of our bills. worst service i’ve ever gotten anywhere.
