  Disappointing customer service. Had them call my number (the recipient) to be told that they "weren't sure if they could actually talk to me as it may be a surprise" instead of just scheduling a delivery like you would expect. Would advise they start using a phone script as their employees seem to get flustered making simple calls.

  Don't be mistaken, just because you're spending a lot does not mean you're getting. You're paying an obscene price for your soggy rotten fruit to be dipped into chocolate and for them to spit on it and throw some advertisements for themselves in the box for you. Make your own !!!! It's not hard to buy some fruit and melt chocolate and dip them in. That's all they do here but with bad fruit and service.

  My arrangement was so thoughtfully prepared and perfect in every way, soooo delicious, the fruit was fresh and just beyond yummy... Thank you SO much, you guys made my whole day!!!

  Spent over $50 on 12 strawberries. When I picked them up they were soggy and soft. How is this acceptable in their heads. They were disgusting. Definitely not going back again. I can make my own for under $20. Very disappointed.
