  Please start placing spray bottles throughout your gyms so people can clean machines properly. There are signs telling you to use your towel to clean the machines.. really? Also more English content please

  everyone complain about front desk and staff,I hope manager considered these comments and we have a more professional staff and also more clean place. However I am about register and not a member yet.

  This is a gym with facilities that fairly deserves 5 stars for its super value for money - but the almost spiteful customer service takes away hugely. The staff really need an attitude revamp or some training in customer service. I have had some disappointing interactions on multiple occasions.

  I wouldn't mind giving 5 star if it was open till 11:00pm on weekdays and 8:00pm on weekends like every other econofitness. It's one of the main downtown locations, and yet closes super early. I'm speaking on belhf of a lot of regular goers. Otherwise the place is clean and organized with new machines. Thanks

  It s in downtown so expect to have lots of people going there. If there are lots of people going, we expect at least that the staff takes care to clean the changing room/washroom area. Unfortunately, I think they don't do that enough. There were toilette papers on the floor, stains in the changing room cabines. It felt filthy. The sound from studio room, it s too loud. I tried to lower it but even at the minimun, it sounded like to the max. The reason is because the room is not big so it should fix the volume a little lower.
