  I placed an order for an engagement ring in a rush. Ecksand managed to have it ready for the day before me and my gf (now fiancé) were flying out on vacation. I showed up and the safe wasn’t working (omg!). The staff reassured me to leave and they’ll ship it express the second it gets opened. I left a bit worried but because of all the knowledge,help and zero pressure sales, I knew they would come through. Long story short I got the ring, proposed right on time as planned! Great service, phenomenal staff. Thanks a million and I’ll be sure to get my wedding rings there!

  The service from Ecksand was great, at first I thought that the boutique would be too expensive and too high class for me. However as soon as I got there the representative was very friendly and treated me with a lot of respect, very down to earth people. The process was simple and straightforward, my budget was always there main concern and they gave me good advice on how to stay within the my range. Once the ring model was selected, I was able to choose the diamond that would be used in my finances ring. They gave the full GIA certification information. To Get your ring, wait times are about 2-4 weeks. As its custom made. The quality was VERY good, and I am very please with the service and price. For those wondering about the price they will really help you fit your budget, I would recommend going there with a budget of at least 1500$ - 2000$ Or more if your looking for Bigger! They tailor to the needs of each client. So if your budget is big or small there there to help. Have a nice one!

  These people are just amazing. I had gotten myself into a rough situation where I had SERVERY overpaid for a ring from a vendor that shall remain nameless (for the sake of my own posterity). They laid out all my options, from trying to return my atrocity to a vendor, to offering to buy the ring. Honestly, it was an emotional roller coast to learn about my rookie mistakes, but the staff comforted me and helped me to make the most informed decision I possible could. Based on what I had attempted to purchase, the staff found something infinitely better than I could have imagined! There is incredible value in the services offered and the products Ecksand makes. They are all insanely knowledgeable and transparent. I am thrilled to be working with this company, and I will certainly return in the future. I will recommend Ecksand to anyone who asks!

  My fiancee and I recently went to Ecksand to get a custom engagement ring made, reusing the diamond from a very old heirloom ring. The staff at Ecksand was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone we talked with was courteous and knowledgeable, and they were very accommodating with both our schedule and the specific design we were looking for (we wanted a Victorian "memento mori" skull design inside the band). Ultimately they delivered a gorgeous, quality ring, at a fair price and only a few weeks of time. At no time did they ever give us the sense that they were pushing for anything other than a ring which would make us happy--there were no unnecessary expenses or design changes. I'd highly recommend Ecksand, and won't hesitate to shop there again in the future!
