She will claim that the items were stolen, lost, damaged....won't give you anything back and will chase you out. No responsibility whatsoever. Good luck consigning with her.

Next to Bodega restaurant , Echobella is a Great place to find high end articles and other gently used hot items . Things with pricing are posted regularly on Instagram which makes it easier to pinpoint an awesome find. 5 stars!

About two months ago I took whole bunch of clothes to Echo Bella store. When I came back to pick up the items that didn't sell, I was told that some of my items got stolen from her store. Also, I was told that a few of the items were damaged and she donated it without my consent. She said one of my white shirts that I bought for 65$ got damaged with lipstick. She told me that whatever gets damaged at her store she is not responsible for anything and she just donates everything. All I got is 36$. One of my item that cost 125$ jumpsuit I only got 5$. I don't even know what I got the 36$ for. it's not even worth letting her sell your clothes. I got three items returned to me. When I was asking to see the files of items that are sold and items that didn't sell, she said that' she deleted everything and that there is nothing to see. She said as soon as the items get sold, she deletes it from her files. I was asking for a document where she records everything, what for did I get the 36$ but she wouldn't let me. She said "I think you should leave. I'm not going to talk to you about anything" She started to raise her voice and kicking me out of her store because I was asking her to show me the records of all my items and what she did with it. I also asked her why she deletes everything, she needs to give an explanation to people for their things. She said you just have to trust me. I asked about some kind of compensation for stolen items and she responded with a laughing voice that it's not her problem that people steal from her store. When I first got to the store, she did pull a file where it was showing that only 3 items were sold and out of those items, I am missing about 5 more items, not including the ones she did return to me. I am still missing few denim jeans, shirts, a dress, and a jacket. I asked where is the rest of the stuff and she said that she donated. She started to tell me how things get damaged, and she donates them without letting owners know. Two months back she said if I don't follow up on September 5th or 6th, she will donate everything. I did follow up with her September 5th and still, she donated or stole whole bunch of my clothes. I tried reporting her but was told to get a lawyer. I just don't want anyone else going through the same situation. So, don't ever take anything to Echo Bella. She is a thieve. If you have things there for sale, take it back before she says it's stolen or starts to kick you out of the store. She also ripping people off. One of the items is Denim Overall full body that I bought for 100$ I got like 7$to$10 for it from her.
