  I was in EB GAMES today and the service was fabulous. Finn served me. I advised him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. I was looking for a gift and knew nothing about the product. Finn provided great service and product kbowledge , all with a smile. I would highly recommend.

  Awesome Place with cool selection. It is small, and really nothing for PC gamers. Just console. Wish they were PC friendly and larger space. Staff are always happy, friendly and knowledgable! It's worth being visited. It is getting stale though so I hope the company puts some more energy into it!

  I didn't catch this guys name but he was working Wednesday, July 26 2017 around 3:30. When ever I go there he is usually working and is always friendly, helpful, and funny. This particular time I was purchasing a game and I ended up being $2.35 short. He then reached into his own pocket and paid for the rest. I told him he didnt have to do that but he insisted. We had a conversation about the game as he was putting the game in a bag. I am very grateful and had a great experience!

  One of the worst retail experiences ive ever experienced. Ill start by saying that when I phoned the person was super friendly and helpfull. They also had a sale going and the game I wanted had an excellent price ($30 cheaper than the competition. Went in the store and my experience went to hell. There were 2 clerks and 2 tills but the one guy was occupied texting on his phone and pretty much oblivious to anything. It wasnt very busy but the 2 people in front of me were purchasing alot and had some difficulties. I stood in line for 20 minutes while clerk number 2 just stands there either texting or just looking at me and the now 3 more people in line. The guy in front of me is in complete awe and says he was waiting forever before I got there. finally this poor guy gets rung up after 5 minutes of the working clerk trying to figure out how to handle his expired rewards card. Just as the guy pulls out his card to pay, clerk number 2 says "ill help the next in line!" Then this guy has the nerve to say "sorry about the wait!" I get being busy and I will gladly wait. I was just at Hitech Gametraders checking the price before finding it cheaper at EB and had to wait 10 minutes in line there but at least it was because their 2 clerks were busy helping customers. According to other reviews service is usually good so maybe this is a one off but it was really really bad. I do have to give them credit for the prices though and that would be the only reason I would shop there again.
