  Staff is very friendly and don't rush you. Unfortunately they don't really know what they have in store so it can be a struggle to find something. They also don't have Ps vita games anymore which is very disappointing. The prices are usually good.

  Terrible customer service...I go in one weekend to exchange my ps4 500g slim bundle with Uncharted 4 for any other bundle they have going...I was looking at the COD WW2 bundle they had priced at $379.99...my warranty covered up to $350 but they said it would only scan to $330 since that's what I paid for the year before...fine.. I'm ok with paying the difference...but then buddy tells me maybe come back next weekend during black Friday sales and see if it comes out cheaper...I wait the week and see that they have a ps4 1TB NBA 2k18 bundle priced at 279.99 for black friday...now I'm thinking since they said my warranty scanned at $330 and this bundle is cheaper by $50 I can use this as store credit or use it towards the next warranty for this new bundle since it costs about $50 for the warranty..I call first to make sure and guy on the phone tells me nope can't do that...I end up speaking with the manager (Wes) and I explained my situation and asked him why would buddy from last week tell me to wait for something cheaper if i can't even get the price difference for what he originally scanned my warranty...his excuse was that the warranty covers a replacement...it has nothing to do with how much u paid the year before since prices change all the time...fair enough but why would I have to pay the difference if something is more expensive and they don't pay a difference if something is cheaper? The manager saw my point and said that both his rep and even himself the manager were wrong and rep gave misinformation that first weekend and even offered me the WW2 bundle at no extra cost but then changed his mind towards the end of our conversation and said he could only give me the NBA bundle with no price difference since it was an upgrade from my 500gb to the 1tb...I told him that it's not my fault they priced something better then mine at a cheaper price...you should still honour what ur rep said the week before and what it says that my warranty covers which is the $330 since they made a big deal about it the week before...nope still nothing and all he could do was apologize for the misinformation...gonna see if I can take this to corporate cause I feel ripped off and was promised something and immediately had it taken away...more than terrible customer service and I shop here often...cant express how disappointed I am with these guys right now Edit: What's funny is that the manager said he wouldn't give me the COD WW2 bundle not because it was a higher price but because it's a special edition...im guessing meaning that the ps4 has a camo print on it...so if it wasnt a special edition he would have given me that bundle even tho its priced at $379 since like he said it's a replacement and nothing to do with the price...well they happen to have an NHL bundle for the same price at $379 that doesn't look like a special edition (I called a different EB and they confirmed NHL bundle is not special edition and WW2 is because of the camo print) so I can just get that one and he can't say anything since it's not a special edition and he said the price didn't matter...the warranty covers a replacement and not the cost of it

  Horrible experience bought an expensive headset went home decided i wanted a more expensive headset they didnt want to exchange it less than 24hrs later never shopping there again

  They are the worst business to purchase through . And if you want top customer service you will definitely not find it through these lying crooks !!! Buy your products else where it won’t be hard to find better quality and prices some where else because EB Games DOES NOT PROVIDE either one !! Let’s aim to shut them down and in courage a better business to come take their places .....

  Went in today and had amazing service from EB Games Staff (Richard.) He was very helpful and did not rush me. Went it comes to video games & customer service you can't beat Train Yard - EB games.
