  Very unhelpful staff. Doctors are very friendly and helpful but the staff working there the receptionist specially one with glasses on and with tattoos on the wrist was just sooo rude

  The receptionist with messy hair was extremely rude and unhelpful. Raised her eyebrows at me and was very condescending when I asked if I could set an appointment or if there was a doctor available at the moment. She answered me with, "Can't you see, we have a lot of clients waiting? We're not accepting anymore walk-ins, unless you have a family doctor here, which you don't." I asked if I could have my family doctor from their clinic and she seemed pissed that I asked and told me, "No, our physicians have enough clients." then turned her back at me. So unprofessional!

  THE WORST PHYSICIAN AND STAFF IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A CLINIC. Physician said himself to call me I know they dont do this but thats what his exact words. Staff is not helpful, doesnt know anything, clueless!!!!!

  From the moment I walked in to even after I left I was impressed. I came in to use their walk in service and was greeted quickly and kindly. Front end staff were smiling, helpful, and respectful. Dr. Hlynka was efficient, knowledgeable, funny, and extremely personable. I waited only about 10 minutes and didn't feel rushed when my turn came. Health care done right! Thank you!

  Sometimes great sometimes not. Like anything else. The front staff are always super busy. I can't imagine being that busy and stressed and being able to be more pleasant. It might be nice if they had more employees to relieve some of the burden from the front staff. I imagine it would likely make it a more pleasant place for all.
