  I took my van here after getting backed into, It took a week to get the estimate done but after that my car was in within two days and I had it back the following week. The inside and exterior seemed like it had been detailed. I had gotten the loner car (They use thrify for all loner cars) I didn't know but you need to put down a $300 pre-auth on a valid credit card. Once I returned the car it took only 24 hours to get it back. Overall the best shop I have ever used

  I was lied to by staff on more than one occasion. Service was ridiculously slow. It took well over amonth to buff out some imperfections in paint and detail interior after a theft and the detail job was half assed at best. I had to re detail after I got my car back. I would not recommend and will never be going back.

  This is my second time here. Accommodating stuff and helpful. I just suggest that they should have wifi available for customers It’s common nowadays especially if the customer needs to wait.

  Had my truck fixed here. They did great job. The repair and paint job looks minty. 5 star for the quality of work. The reason for 2 star is be cause of customer service. The older lady who works at the front desk( Deborah?) was not helpful at all from the start when I went in for my estimate to the end. The updates given did not make sense half time n she argued with me when I tried to correct what I figure she meant. All in all I would refer friend and family here but I will suggest them to avoid the older woman

  The staff at Eastside autobody has gone above and beyond for myself and family. Honest, reliable guys who try and accommodate you at every step. Highly recommend them!
