  Tyler helped us in the appliance department. He was a pleasant sales associate and very knowledgeable and what he wasn't sure of he was very fast and efficent finding information for us. On our way out of the store we were also looking for kitchen tables. There was a number of employees in that department but no one offered us any assistance, so we left.

  We bought a mattress from Dufrense. The staff explained mattress types and even found our mattress type through a special pressure point technology. We tried several mattresses. She was patient and did not steer us to higher end mattresses. We were very pleased with our service and the knowledge of staff. Cheryl S.

  We had a really great experience finding a youth bed for our Daughter. Pleasant, knowledgeable from all parties including in person and on the phone. Got what we needed and felt not an ounce of pressure. Perfection!

  Their sales approach is better than other furniture stores (they don’t harass you like the sales people at The Brick, or Ashley Furniture). Their prices on the other hand are ridiculous. They currently have their “Employee Price” sale on, where they deduct 30% from the posted price. After the “discount”, their prices are still higher than the regular prices other furniture stores that I have visited recently.

  Friendly staff. Didn't helicopter over us as we browsed furniture. We left to go check other places for styles and prices. When we returned we were treated like we were when we first walked in! Accommodating and friendly, willing to work out a deal to make us feel like we were getting the best bang for our buck.
