  As an out of town buyer of a used car I didn't have high expectations of securing a deal. However my expectations were exceeded while working with Kimberly from start to finish. Normally dealers look to turn over used cars as quick as possible, but with a small refundable deposit they held to their word and reserved it until I could make travel plans to Vancouver, even though they had multiple local buyers wanting to purchase this same vehicle. I also want to thank Peter, Amanda, Joe and everyone else at the office that helped make this a smooth worry free transaction. Thanks again Kimberly, you made this all possible!

  I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Dueck Downtown. I purchased a used 2009 ford ranger . It was a pleasure dealing with Kimberly Kim and Peter . All in all my best experience buying a car from a dealership. Thanks again to the team at Dueck !

  Ended up getting a used Malibu from Kimberly Kim. She was kind and quirky and really opposite to other dealers we went to. She was able to get us a great price on the car. The dealership is nicely laid out and clean, and it speaks to their attention to detail. Car prices are reasonable as well. Even when purchasing a car, we were not pressured with warranties and they even setup an appointment to fix the small blemish that we noticed on the car.

  We would like to take this opportunity to write and thank Kimberly Kim in helping us purchase of our used car from Dueck GM. Kimberly’s soft (at times humorous) approach put us at ease navigating the used car market. She was aware of our budget and helped us stick to it. The vehicle we purchased has surpassed our expectations. This will go down as the best dealership experience we have encountered.   James at Dueck Downtown was recommended to me by an acquaintance of my daughter. James presented me with a beautiful car that met all the criteria I had discussed with him. Unfortunately my credit was not quite good enough to obtain financing on a new vehicle but James did not give up on me and worked hard with Dueck ' s leasing department to find my much needed new vehicle. I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone at Dueck and James in particular and am totally in love with my 2014 Dodge Dart that they arranged for me. I highly recommend Dueck Downtown and, when my lease is up I will definitely see James for my next vehicle.
