  I've always had fantastic service for tailoring and alterations. Fast and well done.

  I brought in a dress for alterations and all the tailoring (which believe me, was not cheap) was done quickly and badly, there was a tear in the dress which was not there before, and it had a strange smell of ammonia which could be smelled from across the room. To their credit, they did fix the alterations a second time and they tried (its still very noticeable) to fix the tear with a patch (after making sure they told me it was not their fault) but did nothing about the smell insisting this had never happened before and it was absolutely impossible that this could happen. No discount was offered for having placed the tear or the smell on my dress. This dress went straight from the place I bought it to Draicchio's and I never noticed the tear or the smell until they had done some alterations on it. I'm not even sure if I well ever be able to get the smell out of the dress. I am appalled at the lack of respect and the effort they went to to avoid responsibility on something that was absolutely their fault. Do not take your clothes to Draicchio's if you care about them!
