  Best and I mean absolute best dentists ( Dr Cruz & Dr Bolina) I've ever encountered, but not only them their whole staff team as well. There's no reason to be afraid of the dentist if you have these women on your side. I just wanna express my gratitude because for many years I've neglected my teeth because I was scared of the pain and also embarrassed that I've let myself go so long without taking care of them, but from the second I stepped into that office I was treated with pure kindness, compassion and understanding! Special shoutout to Nirvana who calmed down my nerves and reassured me that everything will be fine! You're a gem girl! So with all of that said if you're like me or if you're looking for a dentist....Trust me and take a chance on these ladies I promise you won't regret it! Xo

  Well I started visiting the office on Richmond st in Oct 2016 . Dr. Molina absolutely loves me I’m sure as I had ALOT of work that needed done. Let me just say I always was terrified of dentists., hence why I let the problems build. But Dr. Molina is so nice and gives the most amazing needles!!!! I love love her. You don’t feel a thing. The only annoying thing about her is her telling me to wake up all the time. Believe me I’ve spent ALOT of time in that chair. Couldn’t be helped. So I’m still not done all the work but decided to move to the Marine Parade Office because it is so much closer to my house. I feel bad about that and definitely miss Dr.Molina. But guess what , now there is Dr.Bolina! She is awesome but we are getting to know each other still. And last but not least there is Yolanda herself who I see here and there . She’s at both offices all the time and she saved me this past week from a horrible abscess. It was very scary for me and she took care of it . So thank you Yolanda you are the best . Oh by the way im calling there at 9 I need to come in. Cheers Brianna Vincent.

  I’ve only had one other dentist before Yolanda Cruz’s office and the other dentist told me my teeth were always good. Ever since arriving they’ve pointed out a lot things that were wrong with my teeth that my other dentist never told me about! I just finally removed my braces that I got from Yolanda Cruz and my teeth look straighter than a ruler! (Metaphorically) Shoutout to Nirvana, Johanna, Sally, Gretchen, Christian and Yolanda for making this place feel like a comfortable dentist retreat rather than your typical unwelcoming dental office.

  I was a patient of Dr. Cruz and was not happy with my dental care at all. She was not professional towards the end of my care at her clinic. She made rude comments and mixed business with personal issues. The last time i saw Dr. Cruz, I complained of my gums pullign away from my teeth. As treatment she sutured off the webbing on the bottom part of my jaw. Her reason being that it was pulling my gums off my teeth. I expressed my confusion with the treatment as I did not think that was the case. I did not return after this visit as I felt that my concerns were not taken into consideration. A year or two later and it turns out it was early gum disease. If treated when I first had symptoms of it (the gums coming off my teeth) it would not be as extensive as it is now.

  I have been coming here for a few years and I have to say this is the best dental office that I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and they make you feel so comfortable like family. Jen and Gretchen at the front desk are amazing and funny. I have always hated the dentist until I came to Dr Cruz. I have my own special hygienist Dalhia she is the most gentle person and amazing bedside manner. When you are in her chair you are so comfortable you could drift off to sleep. My mouth has been pampered by her hands it feels like I have been to the spa. My jaws are NEVER SORE and my mouth is PAIN FREE. I like the fact that you can book your appointments with whomever you feel comfortable and it will always be Dalia for my needs. Dr Cruz really cares about her patients and always accommodates their needs which is something you don't really find anymore. I have moved out of the city and I refuse to change to a dentist that is closer to me. I love my dental family. Thank you for being so good to me and my family.
