  Dr Ashenhurst is amazing. Great bedside manner, personality, the works. Did a gold weight implant and tarsorraphy on my right eye, and did an amazing job. Couldn't ask for a better doc!

  Front desk staff is very difficult to deal with. Not accomodating. Very long delays. I would recommend getting a referral for a different clinic.

  Had surgery for a blocked tear duct, I called the phone number provided after surgery to get a clarification on my medications, did not get through and left a message. They indicated that they would call back in 1 to 2 business days. Being a Friday with no call back means a Monday phone call... unacceptable when it is important when conflicting information was provided by the nurse compared to paperwork provided. Feels like a factory mill with no concern for the patient.

  Dr Hill and all of her staff have always been very helpful, nice, and efficient. My Daughter loves the staff and atmosphere and was reassured to see Dr Hill before and after her surgery.

  Dr Hill is great and have been seeing my daughter for few years however the front desk staff is awful. We had an appointment at 9:00 around 8:30 AM while driving there got stuck at crow-child 1st and 14 st after both roads have construction happening at the moment. I send them an email informing them "We will be 10-15 minutes late" as their phone isn't available till 9. Once at clinic we were told your appointment has been canceled as we were more than 10 minutes late also made me pay $70 as NO SHOW fee while I was standing right there. My kid has some serious health issues and is on oxygen she wasn't doing great that day but we didn't want to miss the appointment as it takes awhile to get another however the front desk staff decided to really implement the F***ing polices that day. We were charged $70 and sent home.
