::I find Dr Steven Zhang to be very thorough and willing to spend time with me listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I understand that this sometimes means I wait beyond my appointment time to see him because he is doing the same for other patients. I love the hours he is open and the service I receive.

My doctor has great doctor-communication skills and the ability to work effectively with my health care team. My family physician diagnosed and treated me as new patient with diseases, physiological and psychiatric disorders, injuries and other health-related problems and I am satisfied with service. My family doctor is part of my health care team and co-ordinate work with other physicians, physio, pharmacists and other health care providers and I have been examined by all doctor-referrals in prudent and timely manner. ::Absolutely horrible experience. This doctor will leave you in the waiting room for at least 1 hour after your appointment time if you get in at all. Three times I waited for over an hour and had to leave to return to work. When I asked what was going on the receptionist explained that Dr Steve double books all the time. The few times I did see the Doctor he appeared to me to be medicated. Run away from this place fast.
