  I visited Calgary Institute of Plastic Surgery for my first ever Botox treatment, and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. Every concern I had was answered without me feeling like I asked a dumb question (some of them were definitely dumb questions!) and after everything had been explained, Thomas did the injections with no pain, no blood, and no bruising! (I bruise very easily, so that's impressive!) I am so happy with my natural looking results!

  After waiting two months or more for an appointment with the only plastic surgeon there, Dr. Lee. He spoke with me for 5 minutes or so, went over how he would rather use fillers than a mini lift (easy for him and expensive and repetitive for me, also something I was clear that I didn't want to get crazy with) and then suddenly he was "busy"?? He was unable to fulfill his duty as the doctor I waited for for two months or more. "Shelby", the lady who I guess is an intake worker? She tried to sell me every $200 bottle of rubbish they're pushing... she was the one who entered to tell me that Dr. Lee would not be able to perform my injections (yes, I actually was pressured enough to not stick with my heart and walk away from juvederm), but their other (not fully qualified) nurse could see me. I left and they still charged me over $100 for absolutely nothing! So, basically I paid for Shelby to try to sell me bs products for 30 minutes. The pretty purple decor isn't masking the reality of what your company is doing. I have never had such an unprofessional sit down in a company of this kind.

  I LOVE coming here❣️❣️❣️❣️ The staff is amazing, yes pricey..but you get what you pay for..top of the line product, Dr Lee is AWESOME..(super handsome too❣️).... but game me a shot today...to reduce filler...I see the results already..have little to no pain. Planning to go back for additional procedures..and eventually all my skincare..#lovethisplace

  I Recently had lip filler done here and I am very pleased with the results. My lips are naturally shaped unevenly and swelled quite quickly so after my first appointment I was welcomed back for an adjustment and was not charged any additional cost which was amazing. My lips are now so full and beautiful but look completely natural thanks to the amazing DR.Thomas. On top of this all the staff that work here are so lovely, it's always a pleasure to walk into the office. I highly recommend!!

  My experience at the Calgary Institute of Plastic Surgery has been nothing short of amazing. Thomas is by far the best injector I have ever met. He is very professional and caring, taking his time to listen to all of my concerns. I also appreciated his honest advice and recommendations. Thomas' sense of humour and natural approach was very comforting. I highly recommend Thomas and the Calgary Institute of Plastic Surgery!
