  Employees consistently go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Service is super fast, and the prices aren't bad either. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

  I took my bike to Doug's for a rear shock issue that I was having. They had to send the shock away so I was without a bike for a few weeks. One of the staff let me use their own personal bike so I could still ride. The bill was quite reasonable considering all the work they did. I did not buy my bike from them but they treated me as though I did. Great group of people providing great service.
