  Very poor quality materials . Kitchen cabinetry started chipping with normal wear after only one year. I would not recomend them .

  It's a terrible experience. i could give even lower than 1 star if I could. I started my journey with Verdun in April, 2017 and signed the contract with deposit. It's 3 bedroom windows and one bay window. I got permit from city in Mid of June. I was promised to 6 to 8 weeks because of the busy season. But I waited THREE and HALF months, that's September 28, 2017 for installation. That's nothing but disappointment. The bay window I want to change could not be installed because of the wrong measurement. I was promised again for another FIVE weeks for our Bay window. Now it's Nov. 14th, almost 7 weeks, I'm still waiting... On Oct. 23, I found one of the newly installed window has problem. I sent an email and attached a photo. I'm supposed someone from Verdun should process it and send a technician to verify. Nothing happened. Now I've sent my third email with photo attached. Still no response yet. I called so many times to the sales, to the boss. Not helpful, still waiting ....

  My salesman was Patrick and i could not be happier with the whole experience. Patrick recommend window types and colors and they look beautiful and work wonderful . The installation team took 2 days to complete the work and what a job they did from the caulking of the outside joints the the finishing around the inside of the windows I could not imagine a better job . The whole experience was a pleasure so much so we had Verdun replace our front door and are garage door. I can't comment on after sales service because i haven't needed any.

  I would highly recommend them to anyone , from the salesman to the workers who installed my new window very curious, did a great job when finished cleansed up area , plus service with a smile !!! Very very satisfied with my beautiful new window , price was reasonable!! Five stars in my books

  Avoid this company while you are ahead! My husband and I reached out to this company for our remodeling and although the sales person was helpful in providing suggestions, the company failed to complete the work as per the signed agreement. Prior to the sales person coming to our house to verify the scope of work, we had sent her a rendering showing the new cabinets required with approximate measurements. We then gave them a deposit and they came to our house to take measurements. It took a total of 4 people to come take measurements, none of which knew what they were doing. We had advised the company ahead of time that we would do the installation as the cost of the install was half the cost of the cabinets which was a total rip off! After taking the measurements they now do not want to continue with our order as they cannot take responsibility for the measurements when this was ALWAYS part of the responsibility and in the agreement. This company is completely unprofessional and will not follow through with their agreement! It goes to show that none of their staff is experienced as they cannot take measurements for 3 cabinets!! I would avoid at all costs and find yourself a company that actually has experience!
