  Big studio,good service but it would be better if they give a chance to see the picture before printing it,sometimes pictures are technically good but could have been better,need proper guidance.overall good.

  They are very polite and professional. Good equipment and good prices. When they say that pay some amount of money for your equipment, they keep their word.

  Chris, the manager here on thus Branch made my shopping experienced unforgettable. He made sure that im getting a very good deal on the product i bought.

  Very disappointed. Noticed a Fuji X-E2 for sale online for $488.99 while I was in the market for a good backup body. I called Don's to inquire about stock availability and to confirm the price. I talked to a sales rep who confirmed that the listed price was $488.99, but that they would need to contact the manager and verify whether they had the product in stock. The rep told me I would be receiving a call back from the manager right away. I waited over an hour and having never received a call I decided to double check the product online. They had used the time to revert the sale price of $488.99 to a much higher price of $649.99. I called back and was told that they were not going to honor the listed price but that "the sale price is still a great deal". I understand that they are not under legal obligation to honor the sale price listed, but the way in which they handled the situation was very disappointing and underhanded. As a result of this, I am no longer comfortable spending my money with this company and will continue to shop elsewhere.

  The service was excellent! I ordered a coffee mug with my own text on it. The gentleman was helpful with my choosing the format, size and font. They had it done in one week. Right during the Christmas rush when all other places were no longer taking custom orders.
