  I ordered a pizza for delivery on Sunday through the online application. The pizza came surprisingly quick. Turns out when I opened the box i got someone else's pizza, the toppings were totally different from what I ordered. Called back to the store to tell them and they said they would make the right one and deliver it again, at no charge. The right pizza came this time and the driver told me I could keep the wrong one too. Even though something went wrong the first time, this is customer service done right! Basically giving me two pizzas for one price.

  PLEASE read the instructions label! It’s there for a reason. I’m tired of not getting delivered my food properly. Drivers give me lots of attitude when they realize they messed up!

  Really great establishment. No place to sit down and eat but the service is great. They're more than happy to answer any questions and help you decide what you would like. Very good staff and very nice place. The pizza was great.

  This was the best pizza I’ve had in ottawa. The pizza was ready super quick and I had no problems with anything. Pizza was so good I didn’t even need dipping sauce.
