  Place was not very tidy and the line up was long. Same products and service of every other dollarama I've been to.

  I always shop at the Dollarama store at Memorial in the Walmart parking area .I have noticed I had been charged 2 or 3 times for one item in the past, seeing as too its only a buck I never complained ,Last week I had noticed this had happened so I decided to tell them about it.I talked to a young Assistant manager and was rudely told he didnt believe me and nice try. I couldnt believe it .I am trying too figure out what to do about this ,,anybody know?

  Is it common for managers these days to hire employees and completely overlook their obvious lack of initiative, manners and lack of interest or respect for the patrons that keep these disrespectful punks employed? To have an employee, half my age and with an attitude less than my shoe size, literally ROLL HER EYES & SNICKER AT A CUSTOMER IN A BELITTLING MANNER....I dare to question the degree of professionalism the actual MANAGEMENT has. Shameful and disturbing to continue to allow staff to treat customers as tho they were still in grade school!
