  The employee at this location is very unethical. They made a mistake and charged my credit card $1885.00 without telling me about the mistake. I found out when my credit card kept declining. They admitted to making the mistake and not telling me about it. It is Christmas time, I am unable to use my credit card bc the charge exceeded my limit and now I have to wait 3 weeks for the charges to reverse. The employee did not seem to understand or care about the mistake he made, just kept insisting that he refunded the charge what he failed to understand was that he was unethical and was not accountable for his actions which have made an extremely negative impact on myself. DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, EMPLOYEES ARE UNETHICAL.

  I always get a great deal here. And the staff are fantastic. It's the same two guys every time I go and I look forward to their shenanigans.

  Convenient location, friendly personable rental agents. truly a neighbourhood operation. Expanded service available through affiliate located at Toronto Eaton Centre.
