Disney Cruise Line in Vancouver

  Disney Wonder cruise from Vancouver to Alaska was the best trip I have had. From the crew, the services, the shows, the food...almost everything was excellent! The only thing that I didn't like was they set my kids and me sharing table to have dinner with the same family every night. It would be fun if the two families get along...unfortunately we were not comfortable. The people shared table with us just didn't like to talk and we were watched while having dinner by the grandma and 2 granddaughters! The grandfather and grandson never had any eye contacts and I never know how their voices sounded except the grandma's . Wish Disney hadn't had set up the tables for dinner that way! Luckily, the food was fine and the servers were great! Another negative experience, small, but it bothered me; Joe, the receptionist who is come from Mexico never smiled! I talked to different staffs at customer service counter, all of them were very nice, but Joe. She gave me attitude when I came to ask her questions and when I wanted to withdraw cash to add more tips for the servers in the end of the trip, but I didn't have enough, so I asked her to charge from my account like the way it was, she was not nice to me. Anyway, with my experience I would like to give 4.5 stars, but since Google doesn't have that option, I am giving them 4 stars for this time. I hope Disney will make improvement, and I definitely will join more Disney cruises in the future . Tip: Book it the sooner the cheaper! I had booked a year ahead then had to cancel due to my planed was changed , later I booked 2 months before the trip. I had to pay twice with a smaller room without ocean view :/
