  Today I went in to buy some text books and the person serving me had absolutely no customer service skills. The books weren't in stock and so I offered to special order them. He said "There isn't demand for them and it's not worth the effort". I said "Umm, I'm here to buy them so there is demand". I asked, "Does your supplier not allow you to order individual books?". He looked at me blankly and said "yes but it's not worth the effort". I was shocked. After pressing him again he finally said "There are shipping costs involved, backorders to deal with etc." Not an apologetic "I'm very sorry sir but these are the reasons. Perhaps you can check XYZ other place". Not a smile. Nothing. I said thanks for nothing and left angrily. Is this what qualifies as customer service? I highly recommend you train your staff better. It was a very negative experience.

  Decent price for new textbooks. The man with the glasses didn't know any answers to our questions, while the rest of the workers sat down watching TV. Not great service - wouldn't say the man "helping" us was too friendly either but overall, decent price for new textbooks.

  Dude behind the counter was friendly, and helped me find the book I need and back out the door in under five minutes. Nearly missed the entrance, when I was first looking for the place; didn't realize at first that its the same door as the dentist office.
