  Tyler was always ready and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was comfortable and happy. This locatiom will be my go to for any rentals in the future. I was dealt with in a timely manner and given a great vehicle. I had been in an accident and that was why I needed a vehicle and Tyler took the stress of another thing to deal with away!   This being my 1st time dealing with any rental service.. I must say if need be in the future, i'd definitely come back here ... The service representative, Tyler.. sure helped me in my time of need. Very patient and very understating of my circumstances at the time of needing a vehicle.., making my rental experience as comfortable as it was. As I be said before , if need be, i'd totally trust in Tyler to get the service required here done .. at Discount rentals. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  These guys were absolutely amazing to deal with! They helped us so much. Left an item in the rental car and they went as far to deliver it to me in person! Highly recommend Discount to anyone needing a rental!

  Made the reservation the night before met Heather in the am. She was very informative ,we received a better price than our original quote. Very courtesy polite and just down to earth. Our returning the vehicle the gentleman waited 45 mins past the closing time. We did a quick overview of vehicle and we were done in no time at all . Great job discount you are now my number one choice thanks Ian R Jones

  The only day that I was able to pick up my rental was on a Sunday. I was told at first that I would have to wait till Monday where they are closed on the weekends. When I mentioned that Monday will not work for me. Tyler offered to come in on his day off. I was hesitant to accept his offer, and I felt bad about him coming in, especially where it was a holiday weekend, but he insisted. He met me with a smile and was very accommodating. I would recommend Discount, for the wonderful service that was provided. The next day he followed up with a courtesy call, to make sure the vehicle met my needs. Thank you for the wonderful service!
