  I've been going to Dermis for over 6 years (Albert St). I have sensitive skin and am super picky about the products I use. Dermis staff are incredibly knowledgeable, their products are top of the line and the services are by far the best I've received in Ottawa. Highly recommended!!

  I went in today for my first ever laser hair removal treatment and I cannot be more pleased with my experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, took my coat to hang, offered me a beverage, some little easter chocolates. They were just overall really nice and I felt very comfortable and welcome. When I went in the room the commence the treatment, the lady had a slide show to tell me all about laser hair removal which was really helpful and made me understand my body hair. She explained the whole process to me and made me feel extremely comfortable as I was really nervous when I first got in. The treatment was quick and painless and I am really happy that I chose Dermis for my laser hair removal. I HIGHLY recommend this spa. :) Valerie Pichette (using my partners google account lol)

  I've been visiting Dermis Advanced Skin Care Ottawa for just under a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else again! I had first gone in asking for a specific treatment assuming that would help with my hyper-pigmentation. The staff assessed me and redirected me towards other treatments that ended up being less costly than what I had asked for and has changed my skin completely! As someone with dark skin, it's hard to find places that understand what works for my skin. Highly recommend!

  I just had my first carbon laser facial at Dermis. The spa is conveniently located and is extremely clean inside. I had Saadat, and she was wonderful! She explained everything along the way and ensured my skin looked its best when I stepped out. Even during my consultation a few weeks prior, she was extremely welcoming and presented me with many options to address my skin concerns. She didn't try to automatically sell the most expensive procedure, as I have experienced in other spas. She also provided me with a sample after I left.
