  We came to Ottawa for a couple of nights and decided to stay at Delta; we have no regrets on the decision. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the check-in was smooth and super fast (many thanks for the room upgrade), the check out was instant and every interaction in-between (room cleaning and the LIFT resto-bar breakfasts) was very pleasant. Other pluses: affordable parking with direct elevator to lobby, clean room, clean bathroom, great location for walking to downtown, the museums and the parliament hill. On the downside, the hotel does show its age a little bit and as other people pointed out the bathroom is small; you can literally wash your hands while sitting on the toilet :) But the size of the bathroom is not high on my criteria list for selecting a hotel and let's be real, you're not paying Chateau Fairmont money in the end. So, if you're looking to stay in downtown Ottawa and get great value for your money, Delta will deliver.

  Very clean hotel with AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful staff. 20 minute walk from the market downtown. 24 hour tims in the hotel is great after a night out. Small bathroom but well kept rooms. Would stay here again.

  Stayed at this beautiful hotel last month. The room is very chic, has double beds and a sitting area with sofa and seat, perfect for relaxing, the bathroom is spacious with glass and granite. Room has coffee and tea. Very spacious room. Overall, was very happy with the room size and decor. Felt like home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym, a bit small but fully stocked, pool was closed off so didn’t get chance to check it out. Definitely worth the money.

  Stayed for 3 nights, check-in was great (thank you Virginia!), room was clean & good enough for stay (no hair dryer, glad I brought my own). View from my side was good (see pic) close by to Parliament. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

  Very nice hotel in downtown Ottawa. Our family stayed in several rooms over a weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well updated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us when they found out the reason for our visit. The bar and restaurant staff on the mezzanine level were also great. The breakfast choices were tasty and the bar list features some local drinks.
