  Was here for a Halifax Game Jam. Event happened in the Bluenose room and it's gorgeous view of the Waterfront. It was a wonderful event full of learning and networking opportunities.

  Great location. A little older hote,l but well maintained. The staff is always professional and friendly.

  I stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is in a nice place, clean, nice breakfast, nice restaurant. Mohamed at the restaurant will help you with anything you are looking, awesome guy!!! Tyler, Jade and Margaret in the front desk are always willing to provide with any assistance needed!!!

  Loved the location of the hotel, within 5 minutes of all downtown Halifax points of interest, and the Scotia Square shopping center connection makes it so much easier to make my way to the casino, especially during the snow storm when I checked in. Ginnie at the front desk greeted me, and made me feel very welcome. She went over all parts of the hotel, while being very cheerful during all of the check in, and helped exceed my expectations of my first night in Halifax even more with a complimentary upgrade to a harbourview room. She seems to be very knowledgeable of the hospitality industry, and I would surely come back to this hotel based on her service alone. Thank you to all staff, but namely Ginnie, for your superior hospitality during my travels!

  We were stopping by to eat supper at the hotel restaurant - 7 of us (2 under 6 an 1 infant). Server was super friendly and helpful. They made a veggie pasta for a vegitarian who couldn't find anything she liked on the menu. Martini was good and strong. The meals for the kids was free. The steak sandwich was delicious. I'll have to go back to this hidden gem.
