  Absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Came in for a 3 day confrence and can't eat wheat, dairy, or eggs. Usually it's slim pickings but almost every dish was Gluten and dairy free. They had substitutions for everything and knew every ingredient in everything. Putting all that aside the rooms were beautiful to. If you have food restrictions this is the place to stay.

  Clean, spacious, good vibe, friendly staff. Loved the little art room with Dr. Seuss exhibit. Some cool pubs within walking distance from the hotel as well (recommend the BNA and the Tree).

  Great hotel. Very clean. Love the fact they have hook ups for the TV. Views on the lake side are fantastic. Lobby bar was also very good.

  Great location! Building needs major updates. I was thinking it would be quite glamorous, however it feels quite dated. Staff was super friendly. Had an issue with my room and they went above and beyond.

  Your average room is just that, your average hotel room. Prefer the Private Residence. Beautiful suites, lovely views of Okanagan lake. Great getaway. The pool in summer is marvelous, so nice laying there poolside. Happening restaurant inside the Delta, beach, restaurants & downtown attractions only a few steps away. Attentive staff.
